Classic support

On the main screen, touch and hold the underlined “here” in the bottom menu area for about three seconds. You can then choose categories, settings, languages, rewards, or statistics.

Shapes and the Picnic sticker scene are included free. Other learning bundles and the Underwater sticker scene are optional one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or ads.

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open the parent menu, choose Categories, then tap Restore at the top. An internet connection to the App Store is required. Owned content may also become available automatically when the app opens.

Classic is a separate new app. Purchases from the original Shapes app belong to that app and cannot be restored in Classic.

Open the parent menu and choose Categories. Basics includes Colors, Numbers, and Letters; Shapes is already free. Make sure the categories you want are turned on. If a purchased pack remains locked, use Restore while connected to the internet and reopen the app.

Yes. The learning content is included in the app. Free content and recognized purchases can be played offline. Buying or explicitly restoring a purchase requires an internet connection to the App Store.

Statistics record completed Quizzing results separately for each language. Choose the language you played in before checking Statistics. Flashcards, Toy Box, and Puzzle do not add scores. Quiz results are recorded after the correct-answer animation finishes.

Choose Languages in the parent menu to switch between English, French, and Spanish narration. The parent-menu interface remains in English.

Use the photo-saving option in the parent menu's Rewards area. Classic asks for permission to add the picture to Photos. If permission was denied, enable photo-saving access for Classic in iOS Settings. Classic does not need to read your photo library.

Settings, quiz statistics, and sticker arrangements are stored locally. Deleting the app removes this local data unless it is recovered through an operating-system backup. Classic purchases remain associated with your Apple Account and can be restored.

Classic preserves the original illustrated screen proportions. The game scales to fit your device without stretching or rearranging the original artwork.
